Job Summary

We are looking to hire an Administrative Superior to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time
Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage administrative staff to ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update office records and database.
  • Prepare and manage the administrative department's budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle and escalate issues and resolve conflicts within the administrative team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Train new administrative employees.
  • Develop and implement office management strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage administrative projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess BSC/HND in any related course with a minimum of second class lower/lower credit.
  • Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 33.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess WAEC certificate with minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English.)
  • Must have completed the NYSC program.
  • Must have worked in a supervisory capacity.
  • Any other professional qualification is an added advantage.
