Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative located in Lekki. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Daily tasks include managing customer support requests, providing information about services, and effectively resolving issues to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
- Experience in Customer Support and working as a Customer Service Representative
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of communication tools and customer service software
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-focused environment is an asset
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
