Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative who is passionate about fashion, has a flair for luxury, and knows how to connect with customers in a friendly yet professional way. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to represent the brand with confidence and class both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance and fashion advice.

· Promote and sell luxury fashion items to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, and brand offerings.

· Assist customers with styling choices and product information to enhance their shopping experience.

· Ensure the store or showroom remains organized, visually appealing, and reflective of the brand's luxury image.

· Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.

· Handle customer inquiries professionally—both in person and through social media channels where needed.

· Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

· Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.

· 1–3 years' experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or a related customer service role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.

· Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and presentation.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.

· Comfortable using Instagram and other social media platforms for brand engagement.

· Must be organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
