Manager of Admissions and Visa Specialist

Job Type: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Job Description:

Are you a results-driven professional with deep visa knowledge and a passion for leadership? HumanSquad Inc. is seeking an Admissions Lead & Visa Specialist A dynamic individual who can oversee the admissions process, guide students through their visa applications, and drive strategic growth across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead admissions team: onboard partner schools (Canada, UK, US, AUS ,NZ+), manage timely submissions, ensure compliance, and maintain school-student communication.
  • Prospect, outreach, and secure new university/college partnerships; submit applications and contracts.
  • Cross-check and submit final student admission packages; update program requirements and processes.
  • Supervise specialists: review documents, resolve issues, assist applicants, complete and file visa applications, process fees, and follow up on applications.
  • Cultivate school, agent, and student relationships; participate in study info sessions (social, webinars, media, events).
  • Maintain detailed records; populate new programs for IT onboarding.
  • Assist CEO with visa consultations; coordinate Travooly team on Schooliply/open visa submissions and filing.
  • Research and promote new countries' visa processes.
  • Perform CEO-assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in international student recruitment and visa filing.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong experience in student admissions and visa application processing (Canada, UK, or other major study destinations).
  • Proven leadership skills, you know how to motivate, manage, and elevate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
