Role Overview:
The Admissions & Outreach Manager is responsible for driving student enrollment into the academy's Robotics, Aerospace, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence programs. This person will act as the bridge between potential students and the academy — managing all outreach, admissions, inquiries, and conversions from interest to enrollment.

This is a results-driven role, paid through a commission-based structure. The manager earns a percentage from every successful student enrollment, making it perfect for someone confident in communication, marketing, and student relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential students through digital channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, tech communities, and universities).

Develop partnerships with schools, student groups, and organizations to promote the academy's programs.

Run outreach campaigns that explain the academy's mission, courses, and outcomes clearly.

Follow up on all student inquiries promptly and professionally, turning interest into confirmed enrollments.

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified student leads each month.

Track, record, and manage leads using simple CRM tools or shared spreadsheets.

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial contact to registration and payment confirmation.

Assist prospective students with understanding course tiers, payment plans, and program benefits.

Evaluate student eligibility using provided admission criteria.

Ensure all applicant data is properly recorded and securely managed.

Send admission updates and onboarding information to accepted students.

Provide weekly enrollment status reports to management.

Write clear, engaging messages or scripts for DMs, emails, and phone outreach.

Represent the academy in online tech forums, student groups, and educational spaces.

Answer frequently asked questions about courses, schedules, and the learning model.

Host or co-host online information sessions or webinars about the academy.

Maintain a professional and friendly tone when dealing with students and parents.

Ensure all outreach reflects the academy's brand, tone, and mission.
