Office Assistant/ Cleaner

Comply with all company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules and procedures.

Ensure all office areas are cleaned daily and at the end of the day.

Provide coffee and tea services upon request.

Run errands for senior management as needed.

Ensure adequate cleaning supplies are maintained at all times.

Prepare the boardroom and meeting areas for visitors.

Check and maintain toilets every two hours, including cleaning and restocking fluids and supplies.

Maintain the exterior premises in a tidy and presentable condition.

Monitor office hygiene and cleaning supplies to maintain at least one week's stock.

Qualifications:

Minimum WAEC qualification.

Valid medical fitness certificate.

Prior experience in office cleaning or support roles preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies.
