We are Hiring – Area Sales Manager (FMCG | Food Product )

An exciting international FMCG food brand has just launched in Nigeria — and we are building a high-performing sales team to drive its growth.

Area Sales Manager

What We are Looking For: Proven FMCG experience is essential — preferably in food & beverage

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent knowledge of distributor, retail, and key account channels

Energetic, target-driven, and ready to hit the ground running

Great communication & negotiation skills

Leadership experience for the Area Sales Manager role

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an analyst working with Sales Automation software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
  • Experience with GTM, CRM, or other Sales Force Automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product visibility and volume

· Build and manage distributor and retail relationships

· Track market trends and competitor activities

Location: Lagos

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₦500,000.00 per month
