Job SummaryAs a Personal Assistant you will provide administrative and personal support to individuals often executives, entrepreneurs, or public figures to help manage their daily tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment assistance: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Administrative tasks: Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing and document management.
- Employee onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Policy development: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as employee engagement, retention, and benefits.
- Special projects: Assist with special projects, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
