Personal Assistant (Full Time, On-site, Lagos – Alimosho LGA Axis)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a christian,dedicated and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support a highly accomplished medical professional and missionary based in the Ipaja area of Lagos.
This role requires a well rounded individual with exceptional organisational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and the humility to learn.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellence in conduct, attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to serve with respect and maturity.
The client values individuals who are dependable, teachable and able to anticipate needs without being prompted repeatedly.
The client oversees a private medical practice, manages several ministry engagements and runs community based outreach programs that support underserved populations.
The selected candidate will work closely with him to ensure seamless coordination of his professional responsibilities, ministry commitments and day to day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage schedules, appointments and daily workflow
• Coordinate meetings, events and ministry engagements
• Handle email follow up, communication and basic documentation and setting up of digital and online workflows
• Maintain organised records and ensure timely reminders
• Assist with research, correspondence and preparation of materials
Personal and Operational Support:
• Support with bank visits, errands and day to day personal tasks
• Remain attentive and present during duties, including meetings, appointments and field assignments
• Accompany client to hospital team meetings, ministry events or administrative visits as required
• Demonstrate initiative by anticipating needs and responding promptly
Event and Logistics Coordination:
• Assist with planning, organising and executing events, medical outreaches and community programs
• Arrange transport, prepare materials and ensure all logistics are in place
• Liaise with vendors, partners and staff when necessary
• Provide on ground support during outreach activities and ministry assignments
Professional Conduct:
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality and humility at all times
• Display respect, emotional intelligence and teachability
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Yoruba. Knowledge of Hausa or other languages is an added advantage, though not required
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, maturity and integrity in all settings

Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is an advantage
• Must reside in or very close to the Ipaja axis of Lagos for easy commute
• Must be comfortable supporting a medical professional with multilingual abilities and diverse engagements
• Must be willing to support both professional and personal responsibilities with excellence
Work Structure:
• Full time role
• On site support required
• Monday to Saturday availability preferred
• Flexibility for medical outreaches, ministry activities and special engagements
• Occasional local travel for programs or community work
Remuneration:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, professionalism and performance.
The package reflects the responsibilities of supporting a senior medical professional and missionary with a broad range of administrative, operational and community focused tasks.
