This person will ensure accuratefinancial visibility, strong investment decision support, risk management,wealth structuring, and long -term capital preservation across all the familyentities.The Finance Manager will work across Legal,Investments, Tax, Governance, and Strategy and become the financialbrain.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Financial Management& ControlBuild and maintain the complete financial architecture of the Family OfficeCreate and manage the Master Cash Flow System (operational, lifestyle, tax, philanthropy, investments)Implement monthly/quarterly financial reportingPrepare consolidated family statementsManage budgeting across all entitiesBuild liquidity and reserve modelsEnsure proper record -keeping, documentation, and reconciliationOversee all payments, cash movement tracking, and internal financial controlsImplement financial best practices for multi -entity, multi -jurisdiction operations B. Portfolio Monitoring& ReportingBuild and maintain a comprehensive portfolio monitoring dashboard (monthly/quarterly)Track financial performance of startups, real estate, credit portfolios, liquid assetsImplement a formal portfolio governance systemTrack founder reporting, financial statements, covenants, milestonesEscalate red flags and offer corrective strategyLiaise directly with founders, investment managers, and partnersPrepare consolidated quarterly portfolio performance packs for the principal C. Structuring, Tax &Compliance CoordinationCoordinate with lawyers, tax advisors, and entity managersSupport international structuring (US, UK, Germany, Kenya, Nigeria)Map and maintain all entities (HoldCos, OpCos, SPVs, trusts)Ensure accuracy of cap tables, share certificates, and legal filingsTrack compliance deadlines (tax, regulatory, filings, CAC, IRS, Companies House) D. Wealth Preservation& Long -Term PlanningBuild multi -year financial projections for the Family OfficeSupport succession planning and next -gen financial educationAdvise on insurance, risk mitigation, long -term capital planningModel intergenerational wealth scenariosCreate systems that protect assets and minimize exposure E. Strategy & DecisionSupportWork directly with the principal to shape financial directionSupport new business initiatives (Project Venice, new BAFO service lines)Provide scenario analysis for major decisionsIdentify areas where financial discipline or visibility is missingRecommend improvements that increase clarity, scalability, and institutional strength REQUIRED EXPERIENCE +SKILLSExperienceMinimum 5years in any of the following; VC/PE, Big 4 financial advisory, Family office finance, Asset management, Corporate finance strategyExperience managing multi -entity or international structuringStrong financial modeling & portfolio governance backgroundExperience working closely with founders / investment teamsSkillsFinancial modeling (advanced)Cash flow modelingInvestment analysis (across asset classes)Portfolio managementRisk analysisData interpretationBusiness structuringStrategic thinkingStrong communicationExecutive presentation skillsProficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, BI tools 4.
