Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting and promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, providing client support, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves teamwork and collaboration with other departments to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Service and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of Product Knowledge and Market Trends
- Time Management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer literacy is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an asset, though not mandatory
