Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and driving company growth through proactive telemarketing, cold-calling, and account management.
This role requires an energetic, self-motivated professional who can convert prospects into long-term clients while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation & Telemarketing
Business Development & Sales Conversion
Account Management & Client Relationship Building
Reporting & Documentation
5.Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, service adjustments, or market gaps.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years proven experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales.
Experience in cold-calling and managing business accounts is required.
Experience working within healthcare, staffing, travel, or service-based industries is an advantage.
