Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Ikeja. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies for business growth. The role also involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with marketing teams, and ensuring the company meets revenue and growth targets through proactive business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
  • Strategic Thinking, Business Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Public Relations, Branding, and Marketing strategies
  • Strong Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a creative or advertising agency is a must
