RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the national dealer, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to enhance trust, loyalty, and mutual business growth.
  • Support the dealer in achieving sales and performance targets by providing timely updates, product information, and operational support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Track and report on dealer performance metrics, including sales volume, product mix, and market trends.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the dealer to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for management on dealer-related activities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and service agreements.
  • Assist in planning and executing dealer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, or business reviews.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the national dealer, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address dealer needs and resolve operational or service-related issues promptly.
  • Track dealer performance against agreed targets and provide regular feedback and performance reports.
  • Support business planning, promotions, and initiatives aimed at driving dealer sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze market and customer feedback to inform business strategy and identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards in all dealer interactions.
  • Prepare regular relationship management reports, including performance summaries and key metrics.
  • Assist in organizing dealer engagement meetings, trainings, and partnership reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in customer service, preferably in a dealer or distribution environment.
  • Experience handling high-volume clients, national accounts, or multi-location support is a plus.
  • Proven track record in issue resolution, after-sales support, or dealer satisfaction.
  • Data entry and reporting accuracy; good command of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
