Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Lagos. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing financial advice, offering tailored banking solutions, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless banking experience.

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Sales skills
  • Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Business Development skills
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
