ROLE OVERVIEW
The Diagnostics Centre is seeking high-energy, results-driven
Direct Sales Agents (DSAs)
to expand our footprint in the clinical diagnostics space. As the face of our company in the field, your primary mission is to build strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to drive test referrals and service utilization.
This is a
field-based sales role
perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by an uncapped earning potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provider Outreach:
Conduct daily field visits to private practices, hospitals, and diagnostic centers to promote Company's testing menu. - Referral Generation:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Nurses, and Hospital Administrators to ensure Company is their preferred diagnostic partner. - Territory Management:
Systematically map out your assigned territory to identify high-potential leads and conversion opportunities. - Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for your referred accounts, ensuring seamless pickup of samples and delivery of results. - Performance Tracking:
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly referral targets set by management.

- High-Yield Commission:
Earn a competitive percentage on every successful referral/test processed through your accounts. - Monthly Travel Allowance:
A fixed monthly stipend provided to cover transport and field logistics. - Incentive Bonuses:

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience:
Proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development (experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is a major plus). - Communication:
Exceptional persuasive skills and the ability to speak confidently with medical professionals. - Resilience:
A "hunter" mentality with the ability to handle rejection and remain focused on targets. - Mobility:
Must be willing to travel daily within the assigned territory. - Integrity:
Ability to represent Company with professionalism and adhere to medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
