Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, customer onboarding, market penetration, and growth experiments across our product ecosystem. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in scrappy early-stage environments.
You will work closely with the founding team to accelerate traction, test growth loops, convert businesses, and drive demand across our B2B products.
This is an early-team role and is compensated primarily via equity until revenue milestones are reached.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to grow our B2B user base through outreach, onboarding, and conversion optimization.
- Run experiments across activation, referrals, and retention
- Conduct outreach to businesses and onboarding
- Analyze data to drive product and marketing decisions
- Execute campaigns required to scale users, orders, and partners
- Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering on growth initiatives
- Drive nationwide adoption
- Drive campaigns that convert interest into signups, orders, or partnership leads
- Track and optimise KPIs, building repeatable growth loops
- Build a predictable inbound pipeline for businesses and riders
Qualifications
- Strong data-driven and analytical decision-making
- Experience with tech products, SaaS, or logistics is a plus
- Comfortable executing experiments, not just strategy
- Growth hacking, performance marketing, or sales experience
- Excellent communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience in marketing, growth, or product marketing (B2B)
- Proven record scaling a tech product
- Strong copywriting, funnel building, email automation, and digital ads expertise
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and operations
- Fast-paced startup mindset
- Strong analytical and data-first approach
Compensation & Equity
- 7% equity vested over 4 years & 1-year cliff.
- Monthly salary begins once SwiftVia reaches $1,000 MRR for two consecutive months or secures funding.
