Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Global Sales Strategy & Leadership
• Define and execute the global sales strategy to deliver sustainable growth across all markets.
• Lead and manage all Country Sales Heads and Team, ensuring alignment with international objectives and
performance standards.
• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and oversight to ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting,
and methodology.
• Serve as executive lead for multinational customers, ensuring seamless engagement and service consistency.
• Anticipate global freight, trade, and digital logistics trends to strengthen long-term competitiveness.
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Alignment
• Own global top-line sales performance and ensure revenue and profit targets are consistently achieved or
exceeded.
• Oversee pricing frameworks and commercial models to balance competitiveness, profitability, and scalability.
• Drive operational synergies and resource optimization across countries to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and P&L accountability.
- Marketing & Brand Leadership
• Oversee marketing alignment to ensure campaigns and initiatives drive international customer acquisition
and retention.
• Strengthen the company's global brand positioning as a leader in digital freight solutions.
• Champion thought leadership and represent the company at global industry forums, conferences, and trade events.
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration and expand service
offerings.
• Explore new business opportunities, alliances, and revenue streams to strengthen global presence.
- Leadership & People Development
• Build and inspire a world-class global sales organization, instilling a culture of high performance,
accountability, and collaboration.
• Promote cross-country collaboration, ensuring best practices and innovation are shared across all markets.
• Mentor senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability and succession planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Operations to ensure customer promises align with operational capacity and service
excellence.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, margin optimization, and sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with Product team to align sales insights with technology innovation and customer needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Drive market expansion through increased customer acquisition and measurable growth in market share.
Strengthen customer loyalty by improving retention rates and satisfaction scores.
Optimize profitability through effective pricing strategies and margin improvement.
Maximize commercial impact by increasing ROI on marketing campaigns, improving lead-to-conversion
ratios, and growing partnership-driven revenue.

Job-Related / Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management.
Expertise in digital freight platforms and technology-enabled logistics solutions.
Proven ability to design and execute global sales strategies across multiple markets.
Advanced skills in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting.
Commercial acumen with experience managing global sales budgets and P&L accountability.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills at enterprise/global scale.
Data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in CRM, analytics, and sales performance tools.

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years' progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a global or regional senior sales
role within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Proven track record of delivering consistent double-digit growth across multiple geographies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing global sales budgets and P&L accountability.
Deep knowledge of digital freight platforms and technology-enabled logistics solutions.
Demonstrated success building and scaling international sales teams.
