About the Role
Our client, a leading event design and production consultancy in the professional and technical services sector, is seeking a
Business Development Manager
to drive growth and expand client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative event and experiential solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the events and production sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Manage CRM systems, track leads, and provide sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Experience & Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years' business development or sales experience (preferably in events, entertainment, or experiential marketing).
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Navigator, and lead generation platforms.(added advantage)
