About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to the Louer Group provides high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the MD's office and the Group. This role requires an individual with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex tasks with discretion and initiative.

About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to the Louer Group provides high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the MD's office and the Group. This role requires an individual with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex tasks with discretion and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization & Planning
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across the company.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, gather materials, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions for meetings.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Information Management
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of records for the Group.
Office Management & Team Support
- Supporting team in day to day activities including monitoring project progress and delivering timely updates.
- Manage financial transactions, record keeping, and documentation.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive work environment.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations for the Group.
- Liaise with vendors and manage external service providers for the Group.
Executive Liaison
- Act as the primary contact for individuals and organizations seeking information from the MD and the Group.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Managing external contacts for the MD, Partners and Group in general, prioritizing and tracking commitments and activities.
- Manage access to the MD and filter communications effectively.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
- Identify potential issues and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
- Adjust to changing priorities and manage unexpected situations with composure.
- Supporting Business functions in the delivery of all mandates from or concerning the Partners.
- Coordinating, assisting or managing special projects as they arise.
Technical Proficiency
- Demonstrate expertise in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), AI tools, and other relevant tools.
- Applying industry and information technology expertise to support the company including development of proposals, presentations, feasibility studies, and implementations.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A degree in Business Administration is strongly preferred.
- At least years in a similar role, particularly in a management consulting environment.
- Expertise in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Work Arrangement:
- Hours: Standard work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. However, availability outside of standard hours is required when necessary.
- Please note that performance is not based solely on being available during work hours but on productivity, output and quality of work.
Salary: NGN300,000, inclusive of monthly logistics allowance and HMO benefits provided in accordance with company policy. Additionally, you may qualify for periodic performance-based bonuses, subject to individual achievement and the company's financial position. As part of your employment benefits, you will be enrolled in the Company's Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan within the confirmation employment period. The Company will bear the cost of your HMO premium in accordance with the approved staff benefits policy.
