*Role Overview*

We are seeking a *strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager* to lead Shecluded's digital presence, drive brand awareness, and grow our online community. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that convert audience engagement into measurable business growth while amplifying our mission of empowering women through finance.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation.

* Manage and optimize paid campaigns across *Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.*

* Lead SEO and SEM efforts to increase website traffic and engagement.

* Oversee content creation for web, email, and social media platforms.

* Manage email and CRM marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

* Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

* Collaborate with the product, programs, and communications teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

* Stay current on digital trends, competitor insights, and emerging technologies.

*Qualifications / Requirements*

* B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (professional certifications in digital marketing are a plus).

* 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles, preferably in fintech or tech-driven environments.

* Proficiency in **Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads Manager, CRM, and automation tools.**

* Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Creative mindset, leadership ability, and a passion for empowering women in business.
