Digital Marketing Manager
who excels in digital strategy, storytelling, content writing, and building relationships with KOLs/influencers. This role requires someone who can shape brand narrative, create compelling content, and drive measurable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Storytelling & Content Writing
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy for websites, social media, ads, emails, blogs, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain the brand story, ensuring all messaging is consistent in tone, voice, and narrative direction.
- Translate insights, trends, and customer behaviors into story angles and creative concepts.
2. KOL, Influencer & Community Building
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, creators, and brand advocates.
- Build an influencer pipeline across tiers (macro, micro, nano) for sustained brand visibility.
- Co-develop campaigns with creators and manage contracts, deliverables, and performance tracking.
- Strengthen community engagement through creator-driven content and strategic partnerships.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and display networks.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to grow organic visibility and website ranking.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, segmentation, and retention-focused messaging.
4. Content & Social Media Management
- Lead content planning and production across all digital touchpoints.
- Write and review content for blogs, landing pages, scripts, newsletters, product pages, and social content.
- Oversee social media calendars, engagement, community conversations, and brand tone.
- Collaborate with designers and video teams to produce high-quality visuals and narrative-driven content.
5. Analytics, Measurement & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM dashboards, and other tools.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Run A/B tests to refine messaging, creative, user journeys, and landing page performance.
6. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams: product, design, sales, operations, and agencies.
- Mentor junior marketers, content writers, influencers managers, and social media staff.
- Manage marketing budgets covering paid ads, creative production, and influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong storytelling and professional content writing skills.
- Proven experience in managing KOLs, influencers, and creator campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and cross-functional project management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with content shoots (photo/video) and creative direction.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, lifestyle, or tech-driven brands.
