Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Officer located in Warri. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems, including desktop computers and printers. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all technology-related infrastructure and responding promptly to technical concerns raised by staff members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues effectively
  • Knowledge and experience with Information Technology systems, including installation and maintenance
  • Hands-on expertise with Desktop Computers and Printer Support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively assist non-technical users and explain technical solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar IT support role would be an added advantage
