About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by owning and closing complex B2B sales opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying high-value prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across organisations. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and accelerate Gamp's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure for mid-to-large enterprise clients
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across target industries and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, executives, and procurement teams
  • Understand customer pain points and position Gamp's solutions as high-impact, scalable offerings
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Finance to design commercially viable proposals and contracts
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and CRM records
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Support junior sales team members through coaching, deal reviews, and best-practice sharing

  • Shortened sales cycles with higher deal conversion rates
  • Strong pipeline health and predictable revenue forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue roles within fast-growing or technology-driven organisations
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle and negotiating commercial terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or platform-based solutions is an advantage
