Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Lagos, Nigeria. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and provide strategic guidance to ensure the company's financial stability and growth. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, implementing effective financial strategies, and conducting detailed financial analyses to support executive decision-making. The CFO will also supervise the finance team and ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and performing Financial Reporting.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA) is a strong asset.
  • Previous experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage or distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
