Business Development Executives

Our client is an agricultural value-chain, innovation-driven company solving problems in Africa, for Africans. They provide products and services within different industries, across 4 continents.
Job Description- Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients.
- Conduct market research to identify targets and prospects, to forecast and exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Prepare pre-sales materials to create and drive product demand.
- Utilize personal network and industry contacts to develop and grow the company's partnerships.
- Identify and close quick, small wins while having the ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles.
- Proactively generate leads in target market.
- Provide solutions and ideas to educate clients on the value of our product.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team KPIs.
- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or any relevant field.
- Membership of NIMN is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years marketing experience, directly managing B2B Marketing programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
- Excellent communication, written and oral skills.
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
- Experience with business to business sales techniques.
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Financial and business acumen.
Entrepreneurial-mindset with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines. - Organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and at least one other Nigerian Language.
- IT Savvy.
Salary Range: 250, ,000 Gross Salary per month
