Site Manager (Construction)

Salary: ₦400,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
  • Supervise site staff and subcontractors; track progress and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct inspections, enforce quality control, manage materials and inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and progress documentation.
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and compliant worksite.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of experience in site supervision or site management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
