Role Overview:

The Communication Associate will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering effective communication across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with excellent writing, public relations, and organizational skills to ensure Barsmiko's voice is consistent, professional, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.

  • Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement.

  • Draft content writing, newsletters, social media posts, and other communication materials.

  • Maintain and update content on the company's website and digital platforms.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.

  • Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in communications, content development, or marketing roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
