Private Security OR
Metering, Energy, Electrical, or Utilities Technology.

ROLE 1:
Business Development Manager
Industry: Private Security /

About the Role
The Business Development Manager will lead growth efforts for an innovative security solutions provider. The role focuses on expanding market share, driving partnerships, and securing major accounts across residential, corporate, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Source and secure high-value opportunities with corporate and government clients.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Design tailored security and surveillance solutions for clients.
• Coordinate project execution and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
• Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5+ years in security, consulting, or tech solutions.
• Strong record of closing large-scale deals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and networking abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.
ROLE 2:
Technical & Business Development Manager – Metering & Energy Solutions
Industry: Metering / Electrical Manufacturing / Energy Technology
Location: Lagos
Compensation: Competitive + Commission
About the Role
This role combines technical knowledge with business development skills to drive growth in smart and traditional metering solutions across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build relationships with DisCos, industrial clients, and real estate developers.
• Grow and manage dealer/distributor networks nationwide.
• Conduct market research on pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
• Serve as technical SME on smart/conventional metering and energy devices.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and technical clarifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution fit and delivery.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• 5–7 years in technical sales or business development.
• Experience in metering, electrical, or energy technology is required.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
