The
Senior Project Operations Manager
will oversee the successful planning, execution, and post-event analysis of experiential marketing projects related to sponsorships and events. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all activations and events meet campaign objectives, exceed client expectations, and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project management for sponsorship activations and events — from concept to reconciliation and invoicing.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and checklists to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, client service, procurement, logistics, etc.) for seamless execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and material procurement in liaison with relevant departments.

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during activations and events, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals.
  • Provide regular project updates and adapt plans to scope, schedule, or budget changes.
  • Maintain strong relationships and proactively address client concerns.

Event Logistics

  • Oversee logistics for on-site coordination including setup, staffing, transportation, and compliance.
  • Manage teams on-site to ensure operational excellence and smooth delivery.

Budget & Financial Oversight

  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring efficiency and adherence to cost expectations.
  • Prepare and review estimates, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Support client service teams in identifying upsell opportunities and growing client billings.

Post-Event Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead debrief sessions and generate post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices for future activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in project management, experiential marketing, or sponsorship activations.
  • Strong client management, budgeting, and event execution skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
