As a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial

operations by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the outsourced accounting team. You

transactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate accurate reporting and compliance.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive

approach to resolving discrepancies.

  • Collect, Summary:

As a Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial

operations by coordinating day-to-day interactions with the outsourced accounting team. You

will be responsible for organizing and forwarding financial documentation, tracking

transactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to facilitate accurate reporting and compliance.

This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and a proactive

approach to resolving discrepancies.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate daily communication and workflow with the outsourced accounting team.

  • Collect, organize, and transmit financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank

statements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

  • Track pending tasks and clarifications needed by the outsourced accounting team.

  • Support internal finance processes by preparing basic financial reports and transaction

summaries.

  • Monitor and follow up on invoice submissions, payment statuses, and reimbursement

processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and documentation timelines.

  • Escalate any discrepancies, delays, or unresolved issues to senior finance staff.

  • Help maintain confidentiality and data accuracy across all finance-related activities.

  • Coordinate with vendors and other departments to resolve finance-related queries., and transmit financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bank

statements.

Pay: From ₦200,000.00 per month
