Job Summary

We seek an experienced Property Consultant to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and provide expert advice on real estate investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and deep knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, especially in luxury properties.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Promote, market, and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Advise clients on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Collaborate with developers, agents, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and client records.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with current property listings, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in property sales or real estate consulting.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Lagos luxury real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and property listing platforms.

Remuneration: NGN 750,000 (Net)

Location: Osborne, Ikoyi, Lagos
