Job Description
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
- You will play a key role in promoting our developments, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels.
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong network and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 Net Monthly.
- 5% commission on landed property sold
- 7% commission on apartments sold
