Finance Manager – The Clubhouse Lagos

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos | Reports to: Director

The Clubhouse Lagos is a 1,000 sqm lifestyle destination featuring a restaurant, bars, swimming pool, and versatile event spaces. We're looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive commercial performance.

Reporting to the Director and partnering closely with the General Manager, you'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management across all business units. You'll also manage our Loyverse POS and QuickBooks Online ERP systems, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliations and transparent financial reporting.

We're looking for a proactive finance professional who combines technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset — someone who can translate numbers into actionable insights that boost profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.


• Oversee daily operations including cash flow, reconciliations, and controls.


• Manage and optimise Loyverse POS and QuickBooks Online ERP systems.


• Partner with management to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.


• Provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (professional qualification required – ACA/ACCA/ICAN).


• 5+ years' experience, ideally in hospitality or F&B.


• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Remuneration & Working Hours


• Workdays/hours: Mondays - Sundays 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Flexible - 5 working days)


• Pay: Up to N500k + Service charge participation
