Salary: ₦300,000 monthly

Job Summary

The Client Relations Officer / Customer Care Officer will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and support. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the company's travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage client inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all client information and travel documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Communicate travel itineraries, policies, and changes clearly to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain client records and follow up on leads to ensure repeat business.
  • Draft correspondence, agreements, and other client-related documents when required.
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts aimed at improving customer experience.

Job Specification

Education & Qualification:

  • LL.B in Law (Bachelor of Laws) — must be a qualified lawyer.
  • Call to Bar certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in client relations, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in travel, hospitality, or corporate settings).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to draft clear legal or client correspondence.
  • Professional appearance and strong sense of discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
