Client Relations Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site, Ikeja)

Our client is seeking a Client Relations Executive to support sales outreach, manage corporate accounts, and coordinate exhibitor and sponsorship engagements for international trade fairs across Nigeria. The ideal candidate must be confident, organized, and proactive in managing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Support outreach to prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate partners.

Manage follow-up communication and nurture long-term business relationships.

Participate in industry research and contribute to business development strategies.

Assist in client onboarding, proposal preparation, and event coordination.

Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, and networking events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years' experience in client relations, customer engagement, or business support.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Must be based in Lagos.
