Business Development Officer

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams sales, marketing, product development to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners, highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Analyze sales data and market performance to make informed recommendations for business growth strategies.
- Develop proposals, business plans, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to support business development initiatives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand business opportunities and enhance the company’s visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role 2+ years preferred.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales principles, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
