JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Officer will be assigned the following primary responsibilities, among others:
• Leading the charge on market development and growth plans to identify new business opportunities
• Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
• Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a 2.1 Bachelor’s degree in the business sciences from a top university
• A Master's Degree or strong professional certification
• Attended several training courses on Sates and Client Relationship Management
• At least 4 years of experience in business development and sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong experience in any two sectors - Technology, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Public Sector
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in generating winning professional proposals and presenting same.
• Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills
