- Our client, a key player in the human resource consulting industry is currently seeking for a qualified Corporate Sales Manager to facilitate sales of the products and services her various customers depend on.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s products and services using consumer research as well as deep knowledge of how our solutions meet the requirements of the customer.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets by implementing sales and marketing strategies and insights.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients by organizing daily call schedules.
- Develop and implement territorial sales plan using comprehensive data analysis and adopt sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience within an HR Consulting industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.
- Knowledge and use of sales management software will be a plus
- Good negotiation skills.
- Bachelor of Science Degree Degree in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
