Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.Provide general support to the marketing team as needed.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in administrative support roles.Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
