Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial growth and customer satisfactionDevelop strategic goals for the business development team and see them through executionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.Arrange business meetings with prospective clientsPreparing and submitting proposals in line with established rules and guidelinesPromote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectivesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry-level staff into valuable salespeopleIdentify and pursue new business prospects, including the development of pitches/presentations, and opportunity analysis, and proactively look for opportunities to increase the company’s revenue.
