Job Summary
- We are looking for a talented Business Development / Marketing Personnel to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the hospital's patient base and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including physicians, clinics, and community organizations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators KPIs to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's services and brand.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
- Organize and participate in community events and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of the hospital.
- Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and medical staff, to ensure alignment with the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Provide support and training to staff on business development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and/or marketing in the healthcare industry is compulsory.
- Strong understanding of healthcare market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Must be able to write proposal that is clear, concise, and compelling proposals to win new business and partnerships. Ensure proposals align with the hospital's objectives and values.
