Our Client, a leading provider of high-quality products and services in the Food, Hospitality, and FMCG sectors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Business Development Executive.


As a Field Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the Food, Hospitality, and FMCG sectors.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategies for expanding the market presence and increasing sales.
  • Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Food, Hospitality, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
