JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.3 - 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing effective recruitment strategies, proficient in HR administration and performance management.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, managing recruitment budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching and support as needed.Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
