JOB SUMMARY

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; having certification in sales or marketing would be advantageous.
  • Prior successful experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Dedication to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, presentation, and impactful influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to steer the sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
  • Established work background as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical foundation with insight or practical experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Effective organizational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and adept multitasking capabilities.
  • A team-oriented individual with a high level of commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explore for new sales opportunities.
  • Attain growth objectives and achieve sales targets by proficiently managing available resources.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business/sales blueprint to expand the company's customer base and maintain a robust presence.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and grasping their requirements.
  • Deliver sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Spot emerging markets and shifts in the market while keeping abreast of new products and competition.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Organize and analyze financial and non-financial data in digital formats and present comprehensive reports.
  • Handle order processing accurately and promptly.
  • Inform clients of any unexpected delays or issues.
  • Optimize customer portfolio management to enhance relationship-building opportunities.
