You will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.
- In-depth knowledge of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries.
- Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
