Develop and deploy world-class marketing business plans that drive growth and commercial success.

The role is accountable for brand market performance and leads interventions to unlock growth. It involves managing advertising and promotion resources, driving efficient media spend, and collaborating with the Shopper Marketing team to optimize BTL spend. The role also links with Diageo Global brand teams to ensure key platforms serve market needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the Market Business Plan (MBP) for designated brands, developing and executing strategic growth drivers to achieve desired outcomes;
  • Crafting compelling brand and strategic narratives that energize consumers and the business;
  • Leading connections planning as a social native and commercial realist;
  • Delivering brand content and experiences in all moments that matter;
  • Managing the development and distribution of brand content to engage with consumers in culture and build brand awareness.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Consistently executing plans that beat volume, NSV, and CAAP targets;
  • Leveraging understanding of the category, customer profitability, and competitive landscape to deploy activities that create value for customers and the brand;
  • Managing the brand's P&L levers to grow profitability with optimal use of A&P.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing in IPS and/or FMCG/Luxury good categories;
  • Proactive definition and communication of growth opportunities;
  • Consumer insight and understanding of consumer motivations and evolving needs;
  • Strategic planning and development of robust plans and briefs grounded in consumer and market dynamics;
  • Creation and execution of brand activities across ATL and BTL channels;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of growth drivers and resource allocation.
