Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, supply chain or business administration with at least two 2 years' experience in finance and supply chain and logistics.
- Two 2 years in finance, business administration and data analysis, 1-2 years in administration and management of clients, business communication and professional logistics skills.
- Must have field experience on logistics operations.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
