Job Overview
- Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our organization and expanding our reach in the healthcare sector.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue streams, fostering growth, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Communicating new services to both existing and prospective clients and advising or persuade clients about the advantages of our services.
- Developing creative ideas and strategies to retain existing clients and contribute to the business growth of the hospital.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities; follow up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings with clients as well as follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to engage with clients and convey the value proposition of our client's services.
- Devise creative ideas and strategies to retain existing clients and contribute to the overall business growth of the hospital.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Proactively follow up on new business leads and opportunities, setting up meetings with potential clients to explore collaboration possibilities.
Requirements
- B.Sc or equivalent in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on healthcare business development experience.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Good understanding of healthcare/hospital business and relevant technology and regulations.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Female candidates aged 25-40 are strongly encouraged to apply.
