Sales Administrator

Manage sales orders, reconcile payments, and resolve customer issues in a fast-paced retail environment.
**Job Description**
- Process sales orders and LPOs for invoicing, interacting with field force for clarifications and affirmations.
- Reconcile and verify payment national with the finance department.
- Resolve customer account issues through synergic interaction with other departments.
- Report stock balance to all concerned parties.
- Keep records of processed orders and invoices.
- Prepare and send sales reports to the field when required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and LPOs.
- Collaborate with field force to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Work closely with finance department to reconcile and verify payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of processed orders and invoices.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports to the field as required.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year cognate experience.
- Excellent computer literacy and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
